Return & Refund Policy
At Feedora, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers located in the European Union have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Returns and refunds will NOT be accepted if:
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
- The original packaging is missing.
- The return request is submitted after 14 days from delivery.
- The product was purchased during a clearance, promotional, or final sale campaign.
- The customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
- The issue is cosmetic and does not affect functionality.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Feedora is not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Inspection Process
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Feedora reserves the right to refuse refunds if the product does not meet the return conditions listed above.
5. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in perfect original condition.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Packaging photos
Claims submitted without evidence may be rejected.
